Health Equity Report Community Meetings

The Health Collaborative invites you to join us as we explore findings and opportunities from the 2021 Health Equity Report.

What?

We invite you to gather with us as we share a meal, explore data and stories from the report, discuss the many factors that affect health and wellbeing, and reflect on our various roles in the community and how we can work within those positions to create positive change. We will also be joined by special guest, Dr. Kent Key!

Your participation will shape the priorities of The Health Collaborative as we work to update our community's Health For All Action Plan.

Who, When & Where?

Each conversation is intended for a specific audience, but we know that you fill many roles in your community so we invite you to attend any and all of the meetings that feel relevant to you and your interests. To improve access for residents across the region, there will be three different meeting locations for each of the dates below.
