June Action Team Meeting

Location: Community Room, Riverview Campus Building, (512 Bridge Street,  Danville)

Meeting Description: We have arrived at our one year anniversary of the Health for All action plan, and it is time, to revisit our goals and possibly make revisions to the plan. Tim Schwantes from Active Living By Design will be facilitating the meeting and helping us analyze what we have accomplished and how we might readjust our route to create more impact. I highly encourage everyone to attend this meeting! It is your opportunity to help guide The Health Collaborative, especially if you have goals and interests that have not been a main focus during the last year or two. For example, we plan to re-form the Access to Healthcare team to both advise the CHW project, as well as respond to barriers that emerge from that project and implement other strategies to improve access across the region.
